Daniel founded Dozier Strategies in 2023 and currently represents the States of Ohio and Idaho in France and Europe, respectively. Dozier has worked for both the US and French governmental agencies responsible for global trade and commerce during his career, helping promote the business ties between the two continents for more than a decade.

Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Daniel served as an Investment Manager & Director of Special Projects for Business France and was based in Chicago but covered both the US and Canadian markets for the national investment promotion agency.

Throughout his career Daniel has advised a range of public organizations and destinations on international development with a focus on innovative investment projects that help realize strategic public policy goals as established by local, regional and national institutions.

Daniel holds a Masters of Tourism Administration from the George Washington University School of Business and brings nearly two decades of international development experience and high profile political campaign skills as well as extensive destination marketing expertise to his clients, having served as Advisor to the global destination management association, Destinations International.

Earlier in his career, Daniel served as Chief of Staff to the US Ambassador for the World Expo in Milan, Italy in 2015. He held the same role at the residence of the US Ambassador to France and Monaco from 2009 through 2012 where he curated social, cultural and diplomatic events for the US Embassy in Paris, France. Daniel started his career on President Obama’s 2008 campaign HQ in Chicago, where he worked as the Director of International Fundraising (Americans Abroad) and then served in the same role for the Inauguration Committee in 2009 and at the Democratic National Committee.

He graduated with Honors from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University in 2006 and was the recipient of the Raymond Dinsmore merit-based scholarship that allowed him to conduct primary research in destinations including Morocco, South Africa, Madagascar, Singapore, Australia and Canada.

He currently lives in Rennes & Paris, France.

Elizabeth CUMMINGS

Elizabeth Cummings is a cultural professional specializing in strategic and innovative museum projects, exhibition development, and public engagements. 

Most recently, Elizabeth served as Director of Public Engagement at the Richard H. Driehaus Museum in Chicago (2021–2024), where she led strategic initiatives in programming, interpretation, and audience engagement. She spearheaded the programmatic expansion into a 30,000-square-foot performance space, developed new training programs for interpreters, and established 33 institutional partnerships. Previously, she was Public Programs Manager at the Newberry Library (2017–2021), producing humanities-focused programs and securing major grants. She also curated exhibitions at the Design Museum of Chicago and held research and exhibition development roles at the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Art Institute of Chicago, and the Chicago History Museum.

She holds an MA in the History of Design from the Royal College of Art/Victoria & Albert Museum and a BA in Art History and Landscape Studies from Smith College, including a year at the Sorbonne (Paris IV).

Committed to cross-cultural collaboration, she has been actively involved with Chicago Sister Cities Paris-Chicago Committee, the French American Chamber of Commerce in Chicago, and has served as a French-speaking Chicago Greeter tour guide.

Rushin SHAH

Rushin Shah is a business development professional specializing in foreign direct investment (FDI), market entry, and outward investment across Indian and European markets. With a strong background in investment attraction and stakeholder engagement, he has played a pivotal role in driving cross-border business expansion and fostering strategic partnerships.

Previously, Rushin served as the India & UK FDI Lead Intern at Nord France Invest (NFI), where he spearheaded initiatives to attract Indian companies to Northern France. His contributions included organizing the France-India Business Forum, leading investment attraction missions, and providing strategic guidance on location analysis for international businesses.

He has also held key business development roles at the International Advisory Council (IAC) in Mumbai, advising global companies and economic development agencies on Indian market entry strategies. He coordinated site selection projects for manufacturing and corporate facilities and facilitated FDI-focused engagements in collaboration with embassies and trade organizations. Additionally, he worked with the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority to support Indian business expansion into the U.S. market.

Rushin holds a Master’s in International Business from the IESEG School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Markets from the University of Mumbai.

With a passion for global business development, he brings expertise in investment promotion, stakeholder engagement, and event strategy, leveraging a data-driven approach to support international trade and economic growth.
